Offer evaluation A first estimation of the value of a company’s shares or assets prior to a due diligence process, is mainly based on information provided by the vendor. After completion of the due diligence the vendee will know all “soft” and “hard” facts related to the target company and its organization. Only now will it be possible for the vendee to work on a definite evaluation. We support our customers by providing them with a methodical presentation of the overall picture.
Price negotiations During this economical important phase, interventions without emotional influence and with the objective viewpoint of the external consultant have often proven to be most helpful.
Contractual Support We pay attention to the involvement of external experts for issues like Legal or Tax and co-ordinate the whole process until the completion of all relevant contracts.
