Short and Mid-Term Planning In general, potential buyers are interested in future incomes of target companies. A detailed business plan including an integrated finance plan covering the following 3 – 5 years serves as a valuable instrument for the information- and negotiation phase.
Company and business Evaluation We use reputable experts and acknowledged methods to evaluate the company and its business. These methods and standards are legally and business wise accepted. However, in most cases the final transaction price is determined by the earning power of the target company and/or the buyer’s strategic interest in the target company.
